Great food, carefully curated, from the heart of Penarth.
Why Milkshed?
“Being just around the corner from our deli, Milkshed gives us the extra kitchen and storage space we need to support the business as it grows. It means we can prepare for catering jobs and keep everything organised behind the scenes while staying right here in Penarth.”

, Griff’s Deli
Griff's Deli is an independent neighbourhood eatery on Cornerswell Road in Penarth, serving food and drinks from morning through to evening, alongside event catering across Penarth, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Behind the scenes, Griff's uses its space at Milkshed as a store and kitchen, supporting the preparation, catering and day-to-day operation of the business just around the corner.
About Griff’s Deli
Griff's Deli is a casual neighbourhood eatery on Cornerswell Road in Penarth, known for specially curated deli boards, hand-crafted sandwiches, fresh salads, artisan coffee, wines, hampers and one-off food and drink gifts.
Alongside the deli, Griff's provides tailored catering for events throughout Penarth, Cardiff and the wider Vale of Glamorgan. From charcuterie platters served on hand-carved wooden boards to freshly prepared sandwiches, salads and canapés, menus can be adapted to suit everything from birthdays and engagement parties to corporate events and gatherings at home.
Every event is different, so Griff's works with customers to tailor its catering around the occasion and dietary requirements, with delivery and event set-up also available.
While the customer-facing deli is just around the corner on Cornerswell Road, Griff's is also part of the Milkshed community, using a dedicated kitchen and storage space here to support the busy operation behind the scenes.
